Peanut Show + Little Farmers.

Yesterday we woke up and since it's our slower season we decided to go check out the Peanut Show in town! We are moving to Tifton this year, hopefully soon. (We are waiting for the soil scientist to inspect our property but we already have our address and everything! LOL, We may have our garden before we have our house! How funny!)

So anyway, we drove up and I giggled and tole the farmer there were more trucks there than at the biggest car lot in the state! We walked through the building showing the boys the equipment and all the neat farm gadgets.

They love seeing it all and taking it all in. Tyron Spearman, "The Peanut Report Man", was handing out his famous grilled peanut butter & jelly sandwiches! The boys were so excited to have a sandwich lol! We walked through the building and I whispered to Coltie what everything was, "Tractor." "Planters." "Harrow." "Sprayer." He listened intently and looked at everything that was green (He has expensive taste).

A lady with a camera saw us looking at the tractors and letting the boys check them out and she came over and asked if she could take our photo. I jumped at the opportunity because it's rare that I get a picture with me in it with the whole family that's not a selfie. It meant so much! Afterward, she took our photo with her camera and got our names and information. I'm assuming it will be in the farm bureau magazine or the paper.

We got to talking to her about how we are raising the boys in the farming industry and they just tagged along the day before on an equipment run. She told us how refreshing it is to see little farmers in training. (That's exactly what their daddy calls them.)

Then we headed to get coffee and lunch at our favorite stops - Red Owl + Jimmy John's.

I hope you all have a great weekend!
